The holiday home for 8 persons has two bathrooms and four bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a fireplace and a TV (international channels). In addition there is an air conditioner, a terrace, a barbecue, a swimming pool (private) and a garden (fenced). You can park your car on a parking lot (indoor). The badroom is equipped with a shower.

The generously laid out holiday villa offers a living space of 100 m² and can accommodate up to eight guests in four bedrooms.

It has a cozy lounge area with a large corner sofa, astone fireplace and big screen Smart TV. The fully equipped kitchen offers a dishwasher, Ceran cooktop with stainless steel extractor hood, oven, fridge with freezer compartment, kettle and coffee machine. Two of the four bedrooms are furnished with a 180 x 200 cm double bed, the other two have two 90 x 200 cm single beds each which you can pus together to make a double bed. The two modern bathrooms each have a shower, wash basin and toilet. Wireless internet access is availabe throughout the property.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
