This beautiful detached house is very close to the Matulji exit from the A7 motorway, quietly situated on a side street with little traffic, right at the entrance to Opatija.
A2 has a shady pergola with kiwi and a 50m² lawn with seating, a parasol and two loungers. The gazebo and grill can be used on request. The 1000m² garden is available to all guests. Each apartment has its own parking space free of charge.
The A2 apartment is on the ground floor and has a separate entrance, so it is possible to use this apartment separately for two people (with the possibility of adding a cot), or together with A3, e.g. for acquainted couples or a family with adult children. It has a bedroom with a double bed (160 x 20cm), a fully-equipped bathroom, digital TV, a dining space and a little kitchen unit with two cooking rings and a fridge. All the apartments are equipped with a free Wi-Fi connection throughout, central heating, air conditioning, a toaster, a kettle, a hairdryer and an iron. The bathroom with beautiful light tiles has a bath/shower, washbasin and a WC.
You can walk down to the beach, with a path some of the way, within 10 minutes. The house is between two urban centres, Opatija and Matulji. The good location ensures good connections to the A7 motorway and therefore also to Rijeka airport on Krk Island (37.5km). Nearby you can find sports grounds, two sports halls, bicycle paths, the Volosko old town, Kastav old town, good restaurants, ice cream stalls, bars, hotels, shopping facilities, diving, sailing, boat hire, bookable trips, walks to the Ucka park.
The owner lives in one of the other apartments and is happy to assist with any queries. The house is on a slope and the road leading to it has a 17% incline, like all roads in the area, so a car is necessary. Massages can be arranged locally. Bicycles can be borrowed at a supplementary charge. Airport transfers can be arranged.

Payment terms and -periods
