This beautifully furnished stone house surrounded by greenery is situated in Ljutići, a small village close to Malinska, in a quiet environment, ideal for a relaxing holiday. In a 900 m² courtyard is situated a spacious house on three floors with space of 290 m², with swimming pool of 36 m3, a children's pool, barbecue and a lounge area. Villa is surrounded by lawn and children's playground. A spacious terrace is linked to a comfortable living room with dining area and fully equipped kitchen. Through the living room you enter in the sleeping area where are three double bedrooms and one room with two separate beds, two bathrooms with shower, one with tube and a separate toilet. In the basement of the house there is a lounge area where is a billiard, an additional kitchen, a bathroom with shower and a sauna. Guests can use a closed parking lot and a barbeque with barbecue facilities. All rooms are air-conditioned and heated, have Wi-Fi, TV-SAT in each room. Dishwasher and washing machine are also at your disposal. The town center with many restaurants and shopping facilities is about 2500 m away.

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
