It features a spacious shared yard with a BBQ and many parking possibilities. Inside, there are two bedrooms — one with a queen-sized bed and the other with three single beds, making it ideal for families or groups. The cozy air-conditiong living room with sea view is equipped with a couch and dining table.
The fully-equipped kitchen includes an oven, stove, fridge with freezer, water kettle, and and coffee machine. From the living room, you can access the roofed terrace (18 m2) with garden and sea views, which provides a pleasant space to unwind.
The apartment has a bathroom with a shower and toilet. Wi-Fi is included in the price, allowing you to stay connected throughout your stay. Pets are welcome for an additional fee! The friendly owner lives on-site and is available if you need any assistance during your visit.

Payment terms and -periods
After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
