A new, modern arranged house with a swimming pool, is located in Linardići, a small town near the town of Krk on the island of Krk, in a quiet environment, ideal for a relaxing holiday. In the yard of 800 m2, there is a spacious house of 135 m2, with a swimming pool, terrace with barbecue and gathering space, and the house is surrounded by greenery. The large terrace is connected with a comfortable living room, dining room, fully equipped kitchen, and a toilet. On the ground floor, there is one bedroom with a bathroom with a shower. On the first floor, there are three rooms with double beds, two bathrooms with showers, and one with a bathtub. A closed parking lot is available for guests. Villa is air-conditioned, and Wi-Fi, TV-SAT, dishwasher, and washing machine are available. The pebble beach is about 1700 m away from the villa. Pets are allowed on a request basis for a fee.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
