From the ground floor, through a covered terrace, you can reach a wonderful garden with a swimming pool and an area with deckchairs and a barbecue with a covered area great for spending time with your family and friends. The terrace on the ground floor offers a view of the sea, and the olive trees that surround this wonderful stone house give a special Mediterranean atmosphere. Villa Augusta is fully equipped for the stay of guests, all rooms are air-conditioned, and some bedrooms have televisions with foreign programs. If you want to come with your pets, you can be relaxed because the entire garden is surrounded by a hedge and a fence.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
