The two-story apartment, with an area of 65 m2, is fully equipped for 4-6 people and is located in a two-story house. The house is located in a quiet area and surrounded by a Mediterranean forest, only 15 minutes from the center of Malinska and the first beach. At the front of the yard there is a shared pool and garden shower shared by two apartments located in this house, while at the back there is a parking lot.

On the ground floor of the apartment there is a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave oven, coffee machine, kettle and toaster, as well as a living room with access to a terrace with a view of the green belt and the nearby forest. There is also a 6 m2 bathroom on the ground floor. On the first floor there are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and a balcony with a view of the sea, and the other with two single beds. An additional bathroom is also located on the first floor of the building. Both bedrooms are air-conditioned.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
