Exit to the garden, to the swimming pool. 2 rooms, each room with 1 french bed (180 cm, length 200 cm), shower/WC and satellite TV. 2 rooms, each room with 1 bed (90 cm, length 200 cm), 1 french bed (180 cm, length 200 cm), shower/WC and satellite TV. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). On the lower ground floor: shower, sep. WC. Upper floor: (open staircase), 1 room with 1 french bed (180 cm, length 200 cm), shower/WC and satellite TV. Exit to the balcony. Floor heating. Large balcony 40 m2. Balcony furniture, barbecue, deck chairs. Beautiful panoramic view of the sea and the countryside. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smoking house. Smoke alarm, fire extinguisher. Instead of an enclosed bedroom, some sleeping areas are located in an open-plan area (gallery, alcove, etc.).
Klanice: Beautiful villa "Le Maris", 3 storeys, built in 2023. 4 km from the centre of Dobrinj, 6 km from the centre of Malinska, in a quiet, sunny, elevated position, 3.5 km from the sea, 3.5 km from the beach, in a cul-de-sac. Private: property 800 m2 (fenced), well-kept garden with lawn, swimming pool, indoor pool heated (8 m2, depth 130 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). Outdoor shower, table tennis, badminton, barbecue, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: internet access, sauna, fitness room, hot tub (all included), trampoline, roof terrace, central heating system, air conditioning, washing machine, tumble dryer. Parking (for 3 cars) at the house on the premises. Shop 200 m, supermarket 6 km, restaurant 2 km, bus stop 5 km, sandy beach "Čižići" 3.5 km. Groups of teenagers on request only. Please note: airfield 15 km from the property. Private: swimming pool (30m2, depth: 1,50m ,angular, heated, available 01.04.- 15.10.).

Payment terms and -periods
After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
