Holiday apartment with a private balcony and large communal garden

This modern and tastefully furnished holiday apartment is located in Kastav, in a small and quiet street, surrounded by family houses.

There are a total of seven holiday apartments in the three-storey building. This apartment with a living space of 55m2 is on the first floor. It consists of a spacious kitchen and living room, two bedrooms, a bathroom and a big balcony. The kitchen is fully equipped, the living room consist of a sofa bed (double bed for two persons), satellite TV and air conditioning. One bedroom contains a double bed (180 × 200), wardrobe, work desk and also has air conditioning. The second bedroom has bed for one person, wordrobe and desk. Free WiFi is avialable in whole apartment.

The private balcony is equipped with garden furniture. Guests can also relax in the garden or on the shared lounge area equipped with dart board, football table, sofa, large flat TV screen and wooden table and benches. In front is a large court yard around the house and a large parking lot.

The nearest supermarket is 300 m away and other facilities (restaurants, cafes, pharmacy, bank, etc.) are located in Matulji (800 m away) and Kastav (2 km away). The house is close to tourist destinations: Rijeka is 10 km away and Opatija 5 km. The nearest beach is 3km away.

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
