This holiday apartment can accommodate up to eleven people and has four bedrooms with four double beds and three single beds. The kitchen is fully-equipped with a gas stove, oven, fridge and coffee machine and also has a dining table with chairs. There is also a TV with satellite channels. The two bathrooms each have a shower. The kitchen opens onto the roofed grill terrace and the bedrooms open onto the balcony.
Our apartments are situated on the famous Opatija Riviera. They are located in a very quiet area protected from traffic noise, with a beautiful view of the Bay of Kvarner. In front of the apartment there are a spacious parking area roofed over by vine, a terrace with a more than a century old cisten and nicely tended garden. Behind the apartment there ara three grill terraces roofed over by kiwi trees. The place is particularly suitable for children , since its 2000 square metres of green area enable them to play carelessly and safely. All that is possible at a distance of just 350 metres from the seaside. There are lots of reasons to choose just our apartmens for place of your holiday.. Payment terms and -periods
After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
