This detached holiday house is surrounded by forest and is idyllically situated in the Croatian mountains on a slight elevation, 20 metres above and 50 metres away from a quiet road, at 760 metres above sea level. It is only 100 metres to the picturesquely situated Lake Lokve. Idyllically and quietly situated little holiday house with a panoramic view of the Croatian mountains, just 100 metres from Lake Lokve
The house has a 2400m² plot of land that is not fenced. In front of the house there is a roofed and furnished terrace with a brick-built outdoor grill. There are two parking spaces by the house.
The pretty house of 45m² can accommodate four people. The bedroom has a double bed (160 x 200cm). The bathroom has a shower, WC, washbasin with a mirror and a hairdryer. The living room is furnished with a table and chairs and two single beds (90 x 200cm) that can also be joined together as a double bed. Next to it there is a TV (satellite channels) on a shelf. The little kitchen, equipped with a gas stove, oven, fridge, kettle and toaster, has an adjoining dining space with space for up to six people. The kitchen and dining space, as well as the living room and bathroom, have heating.
The nearby Lake Lokve with a rocky and sandy beach ist he biggest lake in the Croatian mountains. It is surrounded by forest, giving it a particular charm. In summer you can swim by its shore, hire a kayak and go on extended walks all year round. There are also ideal conditions for fishing. During the cool season, or if you do not feel like swimming in the lake, you can go to the indoor pool at Delnice 7km away. Near the lake, about 500 metres from the house, there is a restaurant. It is 3km to the centre of Lokve, where there are two grocery shops. There is another grocery shop just a kilometre from the house. It is 10km to the nearest supermarket.
The house does not have an Internet connection, but there is public wireless Internet access in the centre of Lokve.

Payment terms and -periods
After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
