The holiday home for 8 persons has three bathrooms and three bedrooms and is equipped with a single sofa bed and three double beds. The holiday home is equipped with a heater and nine televisions. In addition there is a terrace and a balcony and there are six air conditioners, seven sets of garden furniture, two swimming pools and two gardens. You can park your car on a parking lot (for rent). The badroom is equipped with three hairdryers, five washbasins and six showers.

Villa Cedar is a beautifully restored stone house in the tranquil village of Gostinjac on the island of Krk. It is surrounded by a spacious 1200 m² property, offering ample room to relax and enjoy the fresh air. The villa features a 36 m² swimming pool with a large sun terrace where guests can unwind on six sun loungers. Sun umbrellas are also provided by the pool, offering welcome shade on hot summer days. An outdoor kitchen equipped with a gas stove, fire pit, sink, and refrigerator allows you to prepare delicious meals al fresco. Adjacent to the kitchen is a summer pavilion with a toilet, further enhancing the comfort of your outdoor space.

Inside the villa, the rooms are spread over two levels – the ground floor and the first floor. The ground floor comprises a spacious open-plan area encompassing the kitchen, dining room, and living room. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary appliances, including an electric stove, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, coffee maker, and kettle. In the living room, you can relax on a comfortable sofa and watch satellite TV, and the dining room features a table for six, perfect for shared meals. There is also a guest toilet with a washing machine on the ground floor. All rooms are air-conditioned, and guests have free Wi-Fi access.

On the first floor, there are three spacious bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. All rooms are furnished with double beds (180x200 cm), and two of them have a TV. Two of the bedrooms have doors leading to a balcony with a lovely table and two chairs – ideal for enjoying your morning coffee or relaxing while taking in the surrounding views. The bathrooms are equipped with a shower, toilet, sink, hairdryer, and towels. The entire floor is air-conditioned, ensuring comfort even on hot days.

Special attention has been paid to the villa's exterior, as you will likely spend most of your holiday outdoors. The terrace off the kitchen offers a shaded area with a table for six and a wonderful view of the pool. The large lawn surrounding the house is fully fenced and safe for children, who can play freely on the grass and playground. Four parking spaces are located next to the house, so you can easily park your vehicles.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
