The apartment is located in a quiet village on the sunny Croatian island of Krk, near the town of Malinska. It is surrounded by forests, about 3.5 kilometers from the coast and popular beaches.
The outdoor area includes a swimming pool surrounded by a garden and a terrace with an outdoor dining table and a barbecue. The pool, terrace and garden are exclusively for the guests staying in this apartment - they are not used by the owner or anyone else.
The apartment is located on the ground floor of a two-story house. The owners live on the upper floor, and on the opposite side of the house there is another apartment with its own entrance, garden and pool.
The apartment is about 60 m² in size and has a living room with a flat-screen smart TV, a sofa and a dining area, two bedrooms, a kitchen and a bathroom. One bedroom has a double bed (160 x 200 cm), and the other has two single beds (90 x 200 cm) that can be joined into a double bed. The kitchen is equipped with a stove, microwave, coffee maker, and the bathroom has a sink, bathtub, shower, and bidet.
The village center is about 300 meters away and offers a grocery store and a playground. A larger store is located near Sveti Vid, about 2 km from the property. The nearest restaurant is located on a local road, about 800 meters away. Malinska, a small town with public beaches, resorts, restaurants, and cafes, is 3.5 km away. There is also a doctor's office. If you prefer an active vacation, the surrounding area includes several forest hiking/biking trails. There is also a hill nearby with the old church of St. Peter, which offers a beautiful view of the Kvarner Bay and the northern part of the island.
