Upper floor: 2 rooms with sloping ceilings, ceiling height 120 - 200 cm, each room with 2 french beds (180 cm, length 200 cm). Exit to the balcony with 1 sofabed (120 cm, length 200 cm). Shower/bidet/WC, double hand-basin. Floor heating. 2 balconies 10 m2. Terrace furniture, balcony furniture, barbecue, deck chairs (2). Facilities: hair dryer. Please note: non-smoking house. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. Fire extinguisher.

Payment terms and -periods
After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
