Following a complete renovation in 2023, the interiors of Villa Theresa are a real gem. Equipped with a sauna, a heated whirlpool and a heated pool with counter-current system, the house leaves nothing to be desired. Two separate residential units each offer a living room, dining area, kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom, terrace and a large balcony. Particularly noteworthy is the flat on the upper floor with its summer kitchen on the south-facing terrace and further balconies, which promise additional comfort and private outdoor areas.

A 250 square metre, fully fenced garden surrounds the house with exotic palm trees, conifers, magnolias and vines, while a further 750 square metre garden area can be admired from the balconies. The property has a spacious barbecue area with a garden kitchen and seating area for 12 people, a terrace at the entrance, another in front of the basement and a heated pool, which you can reach via a staircase from the hot tub. The shaded private car park with space for 3 cars and a charging station for electric cars provide convenience.

In addition to the villa's peaceful location on the edge of the forest, where wonderful walking paths stretch out, the surrounding area also offers a wealth of activities and sports. After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
