You can relax in the living room on the three-seater sofa and be entertained in the evening by the 80cm LCD TV with a satellite receiver. Free wireless Internet access is available and there is air conditioning in the bedroom and in the living room. The kitchen enables self-catering with a four-ring hob, a coffee machine, a microwave and a large fridge and freezer, as well as kettle. There is also a dining table. The shower room with a modern design is fitted with a 90 x 90cm shower, a washbasin with a wall cupboard and mirror, and a WC. There is also a second separate WC with a washbasin.

The furnished balcony is ideal for meals together outdoors.
