There is a fully equipped kitchen at your disposal on the ground floor, with a dining area for six persons that opens up to the living room. The villa is located on a 1000 m2 large plot with a private pool cozy sun loungers and an outdoor dining area, where you can enjoy your meals prepared on the BBQ.

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
