The holiday home for 11 persons has four bathrooms and five bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a TV (internationale zenders). In addition there is a terrace, an air conditioner, a barbecue and a balcony. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a shower.

The holiday home has a Internet connection (wireless) and a freezer.

Prizna: 2-family house "Mara (KBG400)", 2 storeys. In the resort 10 km from the centre of Karlobag, 20 m from the sea, 20 m from the beach. Private: property 500 m2. Outdoor shower, barbecue. In the house: internet access. Parking (for 2 cars) on the premises. Shop 10 km, ferry 600 m, rocky beach 20 m. The owner does not accept any youth groups. The tap water has no drinking water quality.

There is a lake/open water less than 20 meter. You can also relax, because near Vila Mara (KBG400) in Prizna you can go to the beach or the water.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
