The holiday home for 6 persons has a bathroom and three bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a fireplace and a TV. Perušić 13 km from Gospić: Beautiful, cosy house "Plitvička jezera", 2 storeys, built in 2021. In the hamlet Konjsko Brdo 2 km from the centre of Perušić, in a quiet position. Private: property 2'000 m2, garden with lawn and trees, swimming pool heated (7 x 3 m, depth 150 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Apr. - 01.Nov.) with shutter cover. Outdoor shower, table tennis, pergola (25 m2), garden furniture, barbecue, children's playground (slide, swing), pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: internet access, sauna, hot tub, washing machine, tumble dryer. Roofed, parking (for 2 cars) at the house on the premises. Shop 2 km, supermarket 2 km, restaurant 2 km, bus stop 2 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Plitvice Lakes National Park 40 km. Please note: suitable for families. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Swimming pool heated (extra).

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
