This house built on a slope is at the entrance to Tuhelj in a quiet and peaceful location. From here it is easy to get to Zelenjak, Klanjec and Kumrovec by car.
The detached house has a well-maintained outdoor area with a big terrace with terrace furniture, an awning and a grill. There is plenty of parking space behind the house.
The house is suitable for families with children, as well as for sports enthusiasts who like going on cycle tours, hiking and going on trips. The 40m² ground floor has a living room with a dining table and fireplace stove. A flatscreen TV and free wireless Internet access are provided for entertainment. The sofa is 90cm wide and can be used as a bed for one person. Next door there is a fully-equipped kitchen with an oven, stove, toaster and fridge. Right next to that there is a bathroom with a bath and a washing machine. The upper floor also measures 40m². It has a great balcony with a view of the whole valley and of the surrounding mountains. The very spacious bedroom has a double bed 180 cm wide and a sofa bed 100cm wide. A children’s travel bed is available free of charge on request. The antique furniture gives the house a particular charm.
The village of Tuhelj is about 200 metres away. It has a lovely church and a post office, a supermarket and two bars.
As the house is on a hill, the access road is quite steep. Recently, its about 300 metres long section has been asphalted, whereas there is still a flat gravel track about 100 metres long leading to the house.
