Your villa Heart of nature is situated in Ribnik, as a part of a countryside estate complex, 70 km south west from the capital city Zagreb. In this family runed estate, you will enjoy your stay in a traditionally decorated house, furnished according to highest standards. Spacious 100 square meter house features 3 bedrooms which are connected with a long balcony, each bedroom has it's own bathroom, televison set and air conditioning. The kitchen, made out of stone and wood, is located in the basement. Next to the house there is a swimming pool on your disposal. Also, restaurant near the house offers home made products and local dishes as well as excellent wine from the region.
Ribnik, surrounded by 4 rivers is an excellent destination for a relaxing vacation. It is also ideal for active vacation offering 30 km of walking trails as well as: mini bowlig, table tennis, bicycles, boccia, volleyball and soccer. The Kupa river is clean, rich with fish and suitable for swimming, fishing and canoeing. There is a lowland hunting and fishing area in the vicinity. The Heart of nature is a cycling paradise. Within an hour drive you can visit Zagreb and the National park Plitvice.

Payment terms and -periods
A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.
If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
