The house is designed for 6 people.The villa is located on a plot of 500m2, surrounded by green and rich nature.On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen with a dining room and an exit to the outside, where there is also an outdoor dining room, as well as a comfortable living room with a television and a bathroom.There are two bedrooms on the first floor. Double room with a terrace from which you can enjoy a beautiful view of nature and surroundings. Another bedroom with two separate beds. Another bathroom with a shower is also on the first floor.Outside, you can enjoy the covered terrace with a barbecue. The pool with sunbeds and umbrellas offers you an ideal place to enjoy the peace of the surrounding nature.The house is primarily intended for families with children and is not suitable for groups of young people whose interest is "party".

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
