Villa Jona boasts a well-maintained and fully fenced garden, where guests can enjoy a large covered terrace with a dining table, barbecue, swimming pool, and children's playground. There is also a games room with billiards, table football, and darts.
With its four bedrooms (all air-conditioned) and four bathrooms, it can accommodate up to eight people. Although the interior is modern, the villa has retained the original charm characteristic of old Istrian houses. The ground floor comprises the living room, dining room, fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom, and a bathroom. Upstairs, there are three bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. Payment terms and -periods
A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.
If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
