The house was built in 2013 and furnished with love. It offers space for 4-5 people with 140 square metres of living space spread over two floors. On the ground floor of the house is the tastefully furnished living area, modern kitchen with access to the covered terrace and garden, as well as the bathroom with shower, on the first floor this house offers a spacious bedroom with double bed, a room with two single beds, the bathroom in the hallway and balcony with seating. After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
