This authentic Istrian stone house is located in the village of Zgrabljići, not far from Sveti Lovreč and 10 km from Poreč and the sea. A typical Istrian tavern is only 500 metres away, there is also a wine road nearby and the Lim Channel is 8 km away. The house was built at the beginning of the 20th century and completely renovated in 2006 in the original Istrian style. It is set in its own garden with manicured lawn, 24 m² swimming pool, sun loungers, a covered terrace with seating and barbecue and private parking for 2 cars.

Casa Celeste for 4-6 people with a total area of 90 m2, has 2 floors. On the ground floor of the house there is a fully equipped kitchen, living room with sofa bed and fireplace, dining table and a separate toilet. On the first floor there is a bedroom with double bed and bathroom with bathtub and another bedroom with separate beds and bathroom with shower. Both rooms offer a wonderful panoramic view. This rustically furnished holiday home is ideal for families with children and pets are welcome.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
