Casa Ana Milena is an old renovated stone house in the village of Zbandaj, about 7 km from Porec and the beach. A well-known restaurant is in the immediate vicinity and a shop is 200 metres away.
The house was built in traditional Istrian style and partially renovated in 2014. On the fully fenced plot of 200 m², guests have at their disposal a small garden, private pool with sun loungers, a brick barbecue, a summer kitchen with fireplace and a table and chairs for outdoor dining. There is also a car park in the courtyard and two further private parking spaces in front of the house.

This holiday home with pool with a living area of 90m2 is spread over two floors and can accommodate 4-6 people. On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen with dining table, living room with sofa bed for two people and a bathroom with shower/WC. On the first floor, the house has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds. Both bedrooms have access to a spacious terrace with a beautiful panoramic view and seating. The house is fully air-conditioned and has WLAN. Pets are welcome.

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
