Our holiday home with pool and enchanting sea views is located on a hillside in the village of Nacinovici. The terraced hillside property offers a marvellous view of the Gulf of Kvarner and the island of Cres. From the beautiful veranda you can enjoy a unique panoramic view of the Mediterranean. The reflecting lights of Kvarner Bay at night are unforgettable. A unique pleasure: enjoy a full-bodied glass of wine and the panoramic view of Rijeka in a night-time bath in the Jacuzzi - an unforgettable experience!

Relax in the outdoor wellness area right by the private pool. Of course, there are loungers available for this purpose. From the pool you have an enchanting view of the sea.

On the terrace with fantastic sea views above the jacuzzi, a rustic outdoor barbecue with seating area is available for connoisseurs and barbecue fans.

AIR CONDITIONING in all main rooms, free W-LAN, SAT-TV, DVD and last but not least a wood-burning stove round off the feel-good offer.In the upper part of the villa, the main house, you live in an elegant living and dining room with a large panoramic window, direct sea view and exit to the veranda. The living and dining room has terracotta flooring and a rustic beamed ceiling. On the second living level there is a stylish, comfortably equipped kitchen with gas electric hob, electric oven, fridge, dishwasher, coffee machine, pad coffee machine, kettle and toaster, and three double bedrooms on the second living level. Two of the double bedrooms are equipped with double beds, while one bedroom has two separate beds. However, these can be pushed together at any time. On the same level there is a bathroom with WC and an additional separate WC.62m² flat with living room and bedroom is located in the lower part of the holiday home. The flat has its own kitchen and a separate bathroom with WC. From this holiday flat you have a wonderful view directly to the sea. This lovingly furnished studio also has a small outdoor terrace with garden furniture, bed linen, towels and tea towels are of course provided for our guests and a laundry room with washing machine and ironing facilities can of course be used. Loungers are available for our guests to relax by the pool. Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
