The holiday home for 8 persons has three bathrooms and three bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a TV (international channels) and a fireplace. In addition there is fitness equipment, a billiard, an air conditioner, a garden, a swimming pool (heated, private), a terrace and a barbecue. You can park your car on a parking lot (indoor). The badroom is equipped with a shower.

This newly built stone villa, just a few kilometers from the capital city of Istria, Pazin. It's a perfect getaway for you to relax and enjoy the beauty and peace of the countryside of central Istria. House contains a newly build park for the kids (swings, teeter). Pool & jacuzzi are heated.

This fenced villa is exclusive for the guests, as well as a barbecue area and swimming pool. Closed parking is available in front of the house.

This nice and pleasant new stone house combines of three big bedrooms and three bathrooms, a comfortable living room (sofa can be used as an extra bed for two persons), kitchen sharing dining room, wine room, gym, and sauna. You can enjoy the beautiful scenery of pine, oak and olive trees in a huge garden or swim in a big heated swimming pool or jacuzzi. In the garden, there is a typical Istrian kitchen which can be used for cooking and making barbecue.

The house is situated in a very quiet neighborhood, surrounded by forests and meadows. But don’t worry, you can reach the main road to Pazin and Pula in no time (1 minute). It takes around 10 minutes to arrive in Pazin, and around 35 minutes to Pula. Cities nearby are Poreč, Rovinj, Umag, Fažana.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
