This is a 4-bedroom house on two floors. It is located in a quiet neighborhood, 6 km from the center of Porec.
Villa Ellen Sophie has a fenced private courtyard with parking.

The owner does not have access to the courtyard and pool of Villa Ellen Sophie.
He and his wife don't disturb guests at Villa Ellen Sophie. They gave the name to the house by their grandaughters: Ellen and Sophie.

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
