General

The holiday home for 8 persons has three bathrooms and four bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a TV (international channels), a DVD player and a fireplace. In addition there is a swimming pool (heated, private), an air conditioner, a terrace, a balcony, a barbecue and a garden (fenced). You can park your car on a parking lot (indoor). The badroom is equipped with a shower.

The holiday home has a freezer, a Internet connection (ADSL, ISDN, wireless) and a washing machine.

The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, a microwave and an oven.

Holiday house Dani  with a swimming pool is located in the village Vranici near Visnjan which is located only 15km from Porec and its beaches. Markets, restaurants, pharmacies and other facilities are located 5 km away in Visnjan. The house is situated on its own enclosed property of 4000 m2 with well maintained lawn, where the guests have a private parking for more cars, private pool of 25 m2, which can also be heated, with sun loungers,  table and barbeque on their disposal. There are also a playground with sand, toboggan, badminton place and 6 bikes to rent for free. A perfect place for family where you can enjoy the view of the surrounding nature. The owner does not  live on the same property.
The house can acommodate 8-10 people  and  consists of two separate units with total living area of 150m2 situated on two floors. There is a apartment for 2-4 persons in the ground floor with  air-conditioned living space with kitchen, dining and living room with a a pull-out couch for 2 persons – all in one space, one bedroom with  double bed and  a bathroom with a tube/toilet.  
The other apartment for 6 persons is located on the first floor and consist of a  living space persons, kitcheen and dinning table, one bedroom with double bed,  two bedrooms each with separate beds and bathroom with a tube/toilet . All units are air conditioned and with wireless internet connection. There is also an outdoor kitchen of 40m2 that contains a fireplace, dining table and a bathroom.

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
