The house is located in the center of small village Vižinada. The first convenience store and cafe are only 150 m away and first beach is only 15 minutes by car in a holiday resort “Valamar” situated on peninsula “Lanterna”, near Tar. Poreč as historical and cultural center is only 15 km away. The property is 35.4 km from Trieste and 50 km from airport in Pula. Portorož is 24.1 km from villa in Vižinada, and Opatija is 43.5 km from the property.

The terrace on the first floor is equipped with terrace sofa and a coffee table. There are two terraces on the ground floor which are both equipped with dining table for 10 or more people. Garden on the ground floor is equipped with 2 sunbeds with good cushioning. The pool and terrace surrounding is equipped with 4 garden chairs and a table, a sunshade and four sunbeds. The property is fenced and is therefore suitable for children and dogs.

The house is child friendly with crib available at request, toys for kids and two bicycles to use for cycling along many of Istria's nearby paths like Parenzana where rail connecting Pula and Trieste used to pass.

Kids playground, basketball court and football ground are next door to the property. Vižinada is historical and picturesque place with old fountain square and old school and church, where movies were shot. It is surrounded by green hills, farms and vineyards so you can really relax and relate with nature. Vižinada has two small convenience stores for items that you need at first hand and two cafes. Two bikes on disposal so you can take many of bike routes and explore inland of Istria and visit nearby historic places like Motovun and Grožnjan. The property also offers additional service wine and gourmet tour excursion that you can take and meet local winemakers and try domestic dishes in agritourisms. Poreč as commercial, cultural and historic center is only 15 minutes by car. There you can go shopping, enjoy restaurants, historic sites and cultural events or you can just go swimming on a one of its numerous beaches.

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
