Villa Casa Katharina is a newly built house in Istrian style, situated on the edge of Vižinada with a beautiful panoramic view of Motovun and the green Istrian interior, only 20 minutes by car from Porec. The tourist town of Lanterna with its beautiful and well-kept pebble and rocky beaches is only 17 km away. There are several wine and olive oil roads in the vicinity of the house, as well as several well-known wineries. For cycling fans, there is also the Parenzana cycling/hiking trail nearby.
On a fully fenced plot of 850 m2 with a well-kept garden, this holiday home has a 33m2 pool, a covered terrace with a dining table for lingering and eating outside, sun loungers and a brick barbecue. There is also parking for 2 vehicles in the courtyard and a bicycle storage room.

This beautiful holiday home with pool extends over a total of 168 m² on two fully air-conditioned floors. On the ground floor there is a living room with fully equipped kitchen, dining table and lounge with sofa bed for 2 people and fireplace, as well as a separate toilet. From the dining room you have access to a beautiful covered terrace with a marvellous view of Motovun and the greenery. A bedroom with double bed and en-suite shower/WC is also located on the ground floor. On the 1st floor there are two spacious bedrooms, each with its own bathroom with shower and spacious balcony with seating, from which there is a wonderful view of the green landscape. Smaller pets are allowed on request.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
