Detailed information
This detached, old stone house is located in the picturesque village of Viškovici on a peninsula on the east coast. It has been owned by the landlord's family for 200 years and was renovated in 2010. The house offers a marvellous view of the sea in the bay of Rasa and the offshore islands.
In front of the house there is a 28 m² covered terrace with barbecue, which is protected from outside views by a high wall and thus guarantees privacy. The property is completely fenced so that your pet can run around freely. Relax in the large garden with olive and fig trees, oleanders, palm trees, vines, roses and other Mediterranean plants and herbs. There are three parking spaces for your vehicles. In the outdoor area there is a 30 m², 1.5 metre deep swimming pool with overflow. From the pool area you have a great view of the sea. The construction of the pool was supported by the Croatian Ministry of Tourism.
The holiday home offers you the comfort of modern times on 90 m² of living space and at the same time preserves the spirit of times gone by. The kitchen, located on the ground floor, is fully equipped with an oven, gas hob, fridge with freezer compartment, coffee machine, dishwasher, mini oven and kettle and is open-plan to the living room. In the living room you will find a dining table and a seating area with an open fireplace and satellite TV. One bathroom is located on the ground floor, the other on the upper floor of the house. One of the bathrooms is equipped with a shower, the other with a bathtub. The three bedrooms with double beds (160 x 200 cm) are also located on the upper floor of the house. One of the rooms is equipped with air conditioning. However, the thick walls of the house (80 cm) ensure that all rooms remain cool even on the hottest summer days.
The holiday home is located around two kilometres from undiscovered beaches with crystal-clear water, which, with a bit of luck, you will have all to yourself. Two kilometres away you will also find a campsite with numerous tourist facilities. You can hire a boat (boating licence required) or a boat mooring. There is also a restaurant and a grocery shop two kilometres away. The town of Labin is 14 kilometres away and Rabac is 19 kilometres away. The location of the house is also ideal for exploring the Istria region.
As every year, the landlords spare no effort to make your stay as pleasant as possible. At the start of the new season (2018), the façade was repainted, the windows were replaced and fitted with mosquito screens and the bedrooms have new air conditioning.

Payment terms and -periods
After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
