Two bedrooms are upstairs with an en-suite bathroom. One sleeping room along with a bathroom is on the ground floor.

Close to the city centre of Labin it offers all one needs.

With a total of 150m2 on the 1000m2 the Villa offers a dream like vacation, nearby shops like Lidl, Spar and Plodine.
In walking distance of a restaurant and not even 15 Minutes Car Drive away from the most beautiful beaches you can find in Istria.
The house can occupy at max. 8 Persons, since on the extendable couch even two more persons can find a place to sleep.
Lastly, there are two parking spaces standing also at disposal for the guest.
If the guests like, fresh breakfast for each morning can be optionally booked.

P.S The entire house and garden (pool included) is only for the guest.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
