On the ground floor, the villa comprises two inviting living rooms with a leather furniture sets and a flat screen TV with satellite programms.

There are also three fully equipped kitchens on the ground floor, stocked with all standard equipment,
including silverware, pots, pans, plates, and other essentials, ensuring that guests have everything they need for a seamless and comfortable stay .
