Villa Daniela Veleniki is located in a typical Istrian village, only 5 km from Porec and the sea. This stone house was completely renovated in 2021 and furnished in a modern style. On its own 800 square metre fenced plot, guests of the villa have at their disposal a saltwater pool of 48 square metres with sun loungers and parasols, barbecue and dining table with chairs for outdoor dining. Two private car parks are located outside the property, directly in front of the house. The famous restaurant-taverna is nearby and several supermarkets are about 4km away.

Villa Daniela Veleniki offers space for 6 people with 240 square metres of living space and consists of three fully air-conditioned floors. In addition to the classic air conditioning units, the whole house has underfloor cooling/heating. On the ground floor there is a living area with access to the pool and garden, fully equipped kitchen with dining table, laundry room and bathroom with shower/WC. On the first floor there are two double bedrooms each with its own bathroom and on the 2nd floor (attic) there is a spacious double bedroom with its own shower/WC and sitting area. Thanks to its location, Villa Daniela Veleniki is an excellent choice for a holiday in the countryside and yet 10 minutes drive from the beach.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
