Villa Valtura is a spacious property located in the village of Valtura, just 11 km from the historic city of Pula and 17 km from the charming seaside town of Fažana.

The property features a private heated pool (50 m²) surrounded by a sun terrace with 12 loungers and an outdoor shower. A barbecue area provides the perfect setting for al fresco dining, while private parking ensures convenience throughout your stay.

For entertainment, guests can enjoy a game room equipped with billiards, and darts.

Inside, Villa Valtura offers six comfortable bedrooms, each with its own ensuite bathroom, ensuring privacy and comfort for every guest. Each bedroom is equipped with air conditioning, WiFi access, and a Smart TV. The living room includes air conditioning and a TV and opens directly onto the pool terrace, creating a seamless indoor-outdoor living experience. A fully equipped kitchen provides everything needed for preparing and enjoying meals together.

The villa’s location offers easy access to some of southern Istria’s best attractions. The Arena Pula Amphitheatre is only 11 km away, while the picturesque coastal town of Fažana (17 km) offers boat trips to the Brijuni National Park. For a day in nature, the turquoise waters and scenic trails of Cape Kamenjak (24 km) are just a short drive away.

Pula Airport (PUY) is conveniently located only 4.2 km from the villa.

The pool heating is available ONLY in April, May, September, and October.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
