The holiday home for 18 persons has six bathrooms and seven bedrooms and is equipped with two single beds. The holiday home is equipped with six televisions. In addition there is a hot tub, a table tennis table, a swimming pool, a balcony, a terrace, a set of garden furniture, a sauna, a barbecue and a garden. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a toilet, seven showers and a hairdryer.

The holiday home has a freezer, a tumble dryer, a washing machine and a fridge.

The kitchen is equipped with an oven, a coffee maker, a dishwasher and a microwave.

The villa also boasts a large terrace with a dining area, a professional outdoor kitchen, TV, and an outdoor toilet.

Perfect for families, the villa has a children's playground with a slide and swings, and plenty of recreational options such as a private basketball and volleyball court, table tennis, and a trampoline. Inside, the villa offers a game room equipped with billiards, darts, and a PS4 console, along with a jacuzzi and sauna room for ultimate relaxation. The villa is located in Valtura, a quiet area near Pula, an ancient Roman city known for its stunning Amphitheater and rich history. Pula is home to several Roman monuments and offers beautiful beaches, as well as water sports opportunities such as fishing, sailing, and diving. Windsurfing is also available in nearby Premantura, just 12 km away, near Cape Kamenjak. For a cultural experience, guests can watch the Spectacvla Antiqva show at the Roman Amphitheater.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
