The holiday home is completely fenced by a wall with inside private parking for 2 cars. You will enjoy there in sun next to a private swimming pool. The bricked grill is placed near the pool and is perfect for nicest outdoor dinners and lunches at a big table for up to 10 guests. The interior of the villa has a nice living room, a big dining table with a nice kitchen. The villa has four large air-conditioned bedrooms and four bathrooms two with shower and 2 with a bathtub. The beach is only 400m walking distance away from the property. Restaurants, bars and markets are also at walking distance. In a 5 min walk you can reach the fisher village of Fažana placed in front of the Brioni Islands National Park. In Fazana you will find lots of restaurants, bars, nightlife, family parks and you can enjoy an amazing stroll along the shore

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
