Upstairs, the inviting ambiance continues with a second hallway leading to two beautifully furnished bedrooms, each equipped with a comfortable double box bed for a restful night's sleep. The second bathroom features another shower and toilet, adding convenience for families or groups traveling together. Equipped with air conditioning, this holiday home ensures your comfort during warm summer days. Step outside to your private terrace, where you can soak up the sun on deckchairs and enjoy refreshing dips in the outdoor pool. This enchanting space is perfect for relaxing with a good book or enjoying alfresco dining under the stars. The pool is only availible from the 1st April to 31st Oktober.
Optional Utilities & Service Package
An optional utilities and service package of EUR 250,00 can be selected prior to your arrival. You will receive a separate communication with the payment link should you wish to include it.
This package ensures a seamless stay and conveniently covers services such as final cleaning, utility consumption, service support, and protection against minor damages or incidental costs during your stay.
Guests who prefer may manage these services independently, provided the property is returned in good order at check-out.

On-site costs

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
