Accommodation Description
3-Room Apartment with Swimming Pool and Partial Sea View
Spacious and cosy 110 m² apartment on the ground floor of the charming two-family house “Oliva Verde”. The property is situated in a quiet, sunny and elevated location, approximately 1.1 km from the centre of Trget and 900 m from the sea and pebble beach.
The apartment is tastefully and comfortably furnished and features a bright living room with satellite TV and air conditioning, with direct access to the terrace. The dining room also offers access to the terrace. There are two air-conditioned bedrooms: one with a French bed (160 × 200 cm) and one with a double bed (160 × 200 cm). Both bedrooms have direct access to the terrace.
The well-equipped kitchen includes 2 hot plates, an oven, dishwasher, 2 gas rings, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer and electric coffee machine. A bathroom with shower, bidet and WC completes the accommodation. The furnished terrace features a barbecue and deck chairs, making it the perfect place to relax and enjoy meals outdoors. From the terrace, you can enjoy a partial view of the sea.
The shared outdoor area includes a large, fenced 1,000 m² garden, a seasonal swimming pool (6 × 4 m, depth 150 cm), an outdoor shower, table tennis and garden furniture. The pool is available from 5 April to 16 October and is maintained by the owner or gardener.
Additional facilities include free Wi-Fi, a washing machine, iron, mosquito nets and a hair dryer. Heating is provided by forced-air heating.
Parking is available on the property. A shop is approximately 1.1 km away, a restaurant 600 m away and a supermarket 10 km away. The nearest bus stop is 6.6 km away.
Please note: Non-smoking house. The owner does not accept youth groups. The host lives on the upper floor of the house and has a separate entrance.

Payment terms and -periods
After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
