This beautiful holiday house with a pool is situated in the village Trgetari, above the picturesque little fishing village Trget, near Labin-Rabac. The villa is ideal for a relaxing holiday. It is 800 metres from the sea.

There is a 20m² open terrace in front of the house, as well as a swimming pool (8 x 4m) with a terrace for sunbathing (pool depth 150 cm). Parking space is available on site. The natural site measures 1000m² and is fenced in. Garden furniture and deckchairs are provided, along with an outdoor shower with solar-heated warm water.

The 130m² house is ideal for families or friends who would like to spend their holiday together, whilst retaining some privacy. The living room provides cable/satellite TV, air conditioning. There are two bedrooms each with a double bed one bedroom with two single beds. All the bedrooms have a wardrobe and air conditioning, as well as satellite TV, and bed linen is provided. There is a kitchen equipped with a stove, oven, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, dishwasher, fridge, freezer. The first bathroom has a shower, toilet, bidet, towels and a washbasin, the second has a shower, toilet, towels and a washbasin, the third has a toilet, shower, bidet, towels and washbasin. The fourth has a basin, toilet and washing machine.

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
