In a warm and sunny location, a large, fully fenced garden (1000 m²) offers complete privacy and features a lovely swimming pool with sun loungers and parasols. A covered dining area with a large barbecue is located directly above the pool. Secure, covered parking is provided in front of the house.

The interiors are charmingly and romantically furnished, fully equipped, and air-conditioned. There are three bedrooms, three bathrooms, and a living room sofa that comfortably accommodates nine people. A private, fully equipped fitness area is also available. Free Wi-Fi is provided for our guests.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
