Our beautiful RED House apartment building with three modern holiday flats is located in the small, picturesque coastal town of Sveta Marina. In the second row to the sea, it is just a few hundred metres from the nearest beach and offers a unique view of the sea and the island of Cres.
Hiking enthusiasts can reach other beaches and bays directly from the house. There are also many hiking trails in the immediate vicinity. In Sveta Marina there is a small mini market, a bakery, a beach bar and 3 restaurants. Large supermarkets and many other restaurants can be found in Labin, about 15 minutes away.

This flat is located at the very bottom, but you still have a wonderful view of the sea from the terrace, which is well protected from prying eyes.
It can accommodate two people and is therefore perfect for a romantic couple's holiday. It has a living room/bedroom with a large box-spring bed (180x200cm) and a cosy double sofa bed. The Smart TV can be turned towards both the sofa and the bed.
The modern small open-plan kitchen is equipped with all kinds of kitchen utensils, induction hob with two hotplates, microwave and a fridge-freezer. For coffee lovers, there is a choice between a filter coffee machine and an espresso maker. The bathroom has a comfortable shower cubicle, heating and a window.
In front of the house there is a small barbecue area with a large dining table where you can socialise with the other residents.

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
