If you are on holiday and looking for a nice place in the Marina-Rabac area, then you should visit House Gaia. House Gaia was built in 2010 and is 100 m2 in size. It is located just 150 metres from the sea and beach and can accommodate up to 5 people. The house has a total of 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. On the upper floor you will find two large bedrooms and one smaller bedroom. The two large bedrooms have king-size beds (180 * 200) and the smaller room has a bed (100 * 200). On the ground floor, the house has a rustic but fully functional kitchen, living room and bathroom. The kitchen has an electric cooker, fridge, freezer, kettle and microwave. In the living room there is a nice sofa with a flat screen TV. Also the whole house is covered with WI-FI signal.On the outside of this gem you will find a small garden with a barbecue, a place for the sun lounger and a small garden with a swing for children. The whole place is full of vegetation and the view is simply incredible. You can see the Adriatic Sea from the terrace as well as all the beautiful places around the house, such as beautiful hills and forests. If you like an active way of life or want to use Gaia house as a place to stay to visit all the beautiful sites of Istria, this holiday home offers you an excellent base for everything, just a few minutes walk from the Adriatic Sea, 15 km from the hills excursions in central Istria, 30 minutes drive from most historical places. This holiday home is located 52 km from Pula airport. There is a private car park on the property and the holiday home is 5 km from the nearest shopping area where you will find several shops, including shops where you can buy fresh produce from local farmers. There is also a supermarket and a restaurant close to the house (50 metres). The beach is only a short walk away. The cost of renting House Gaia varies depending on the season, you can find a list of different prices on the website for upcoming seasons. The prices listed include a tourist tax. Currently a minimum stay of 7 days is required to book Haus Gaia. However, for some parts of the season the minimum stay is less than 7 days. There is no other holiday home that offers such beauty and luxury for the perfect and relaxing holiday. As well as great sea and beach proximity. Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
