House is located in a small sleepy village of Sutivanac, where at night you can hear a needle falling. Population 300 people. 2 shops, 1 church, 1 school. Known for good wine, grappa and good local friendly people. Beautiful views of Mount Ucka and Rasa river valley, quad+cross biking, hunting, bush walking, untouched beautiful environment, clean air, olive, vineyards and farming.

Payment terms and -periods
