Villa Serena is a modern holiday home in Stranići, only 10 minutes by car from the nearest beach and from Poreč. It is located on the edge of the village, on its own fully fenced garden of 1280 m2, where guests have at their disposal a 35m2 outdoor pool with salt water, a covered terrace with table for outdoor dining, barbecue and lounge furniture. A swing is located on the elevated terrace.
The special features of this beautiful villa are the modern pool with counter-current system and hydromassage, an extremely large, well-kept garden and panoramic sea views. There is parking space for two vehicles in the courtyard.

Villa Serena for 4-6 persons extends over 140 m² on the ground floor. It consists of an open-plan living area with a fully equipped kitchen, a dining table and a living room with large sliding doors leading directly to the terrace and pool. In the second part of the house there are two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and a separate toilet in the hallway. Both bedrooms have direct access to the pool area and offer wonderful views.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
