In the green hinterland of the Croatian peninsula of Istria, not far from the small town of Motovun, "Villa Sienna" is situated in an idyllic and peaceful location in the small hamlet of Sovinjak. With its elevated position on a slope, the holiday home offers a beautiful view of the picturesque hilly landscape. A large garden with well-tended lawns surrounds the stone house, and the swimming pool is a wonderful place to relax and sunbathe. The covered terrace invites you to eat and relax outdoors. Inside, "Villa Sienna" is extremely tastefully and elegantly furnished, the rustic wooden beamed ceilings and the partially visible stone walls create a cosy atmosphere. On cooler days, you can cosy up in front of the large fireplace in the living room. The holiday home "Villa Sienna" offers a wonderful setting for a relaxing holiday in Istria.
The house is divided into a ground floor and a first floor. The ground floor houses a large eat-in kitchen with adjoining living room with a large fireplace. Large windows and doors open onto the spacious terrace with views of the pool and the surrounding countryside. Also on the ground floor is a guest toilet and a utility room with washing machine. One of the four double bedrooms is also located on the ground floor. You enter this bedroom through a small separate hallway with access to the bathroom (WC, bidet, shower) and the spacious double bedroom. From here there is also access to the garden and pool area. The entire ground floor is equipped with underfloor heating and air conditioning. A staircase leads to the first floor. There are three further double bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms share a bathroom (shower, WC), another double bedroom is again separated by a small corridor with access to its own bathroom (bathtub, WC) and the bedroom. All bathrooms on the first floor have underfloor heating. The rooms are equipped with radiators and air conditioning. From all rooms you have a marvellous distant view of the surrounding vineyards.
The house is situated on the edge of a small village on a hill. You reach it via a winding road. The location is quiet with marvellous distant views. It is an oasis of peace and relaxation. Nevertheless, you can set off directly from the house on numerous hiking and cycling trails along the wine and olive oil route or visit one of Istria's many beaches in about 30 minutes.
The nearest beaches can be found in Umag, about 26 kilometres away, and the towns of Buzet and Motovun, with beautiful historical monuments and delicious restaurants, are about 10 km away. About 10 minutes away are the Itarske Obliske healing springs with wellness and fitness facilities as well as therapeutic baths.
The house is surrounded by a beautiful garden with typical local plants. There is another terrace behind the house, which is ideal for barbecues and dining. The terraces and pool area are equipped with plenty of high-quality garden and pool furniture.

Payment terms and -periods
After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
