This generous 170m² holiday villa is nestled into the green landscape just outside Putini, along the sunny west coast of the Istrian peninsula. You can spend a relaxing holiday here with plenty of privacy and far away from tourist noise. The bedrooms on the upper floors open onto big balconies, affording an extensive view over the green landscape. Big sliding glass doors down in the living room lead directly to your private pool, which is surrounded by sun loungers. The traditional stone grill next to it on the sunny terrace with tables and chairs invites you to enjoy leisurely meals outdoors. The pool can be illuminated at night, so you can turn night into day and swim a few rounds under a starry sky. A car is recommended during your stay and you can use the secure parking spaces right in front of the house. If you do not wish to travel without your pet then it is also welcome.

The three-storey holiday villa was newly built just recently in 2015 and provides all the necessary modern amenities for a comfortable stay, including air conditioning units (cool/warm) in all the rooms. It has a living and dining room flooded with daylight and with an integrated, open kitchen, as well as four spacious bedrooms, three luxuriously fitted daylight bathrooms and a separate laundry room. The ground floor has a living room with a generous corner sofa suite, a glass coffee table, a flatscreen TV with a satellite receiver and a USB port, a DVD and CD player, a stereo system, and a dining table with eight chairs. A safe is also available for storing your valuables. An elegant breakfast bar with stools separates the dining space from the built-in kitchen, which has all the latest appliances, such as a dishwasher, a four-zone gas stove with a stainless steel cooker hood, an electric oven, a fridge with a freezer compartment, microwave, kettle, toaster and coffee machine. The bathroom on the ground floor has a walk-in shower. All three bathrooms in the house have a washbasin with a cupboard underneath and a wall mirror, a hairdryer, a bidet and a toilet. Wide stairs lead to the upper floor with three of the four bedrooms and the second bathroom. Two of the bedrooms each have a double bed (160 x 200cm) and one has two single beds (90 x 200cm). The bathroom on this floor has a very modern glass shower cubicle. Up in the attic there are the fourth bedroom and the third bathroom. The bedroom has a double bed (160 x 200cm) and its own TV corner with a sofa and a flatscreen TV. The bathroom has a bath with a shower attachment and a big shower cubicle. The separate laundry room has a washing machine. A cot and a highchair are available, plenty of bed linen and towels are provided and the reliable wireless Internet connection in the villa can be used free of charge.

Your holiday villa is about 7km from the nearest beach with crystal clear water. The harbour town of Rovinj, also about 7km away, makes an interesting day trip. It is about 300 metres from the villa to the centre of Putini with a pizzeria and a bus stop with regular direct connections to the beach and into town. The nearest shops, supermarkets and restaurants are in Rovinjsko Selo about 2.5km away.

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
