House "Lara" with two comfortable 3 bedrooms apartments can be found in tiny picturesque village called Skitaca, near Sajini. Distanced 25 km from Pula, the cultural and historical center of Istrian peninsula, 15 km from the Istrian coast, village Škitaca offers perfect escape from the busy and vivid atmosphere of the Istrian coast. Yet, within 15 minutes drive through the picturesque scenery, the beaches and urban life experience can be reached.

Apartment "Lara II" covers 120 m2 of the family house on the second floor and apartment "Lara I" 120m2 on the 1st floor, while the owners live on the ground floor. There are around 40 locals living in this charming cozy village. Well equipped apartment with plenty of space will meet the requests of the bigger family or smaller groups of friends. To make your stay complete, the garden area of 2000 m2 with pool, BBQ, sitting furniture, volleyball court and children playground is on your disposal.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
